What data we collect and why

This website has no forms for collecting data. We receive personal data only if you write to us at the published e-mail address or call the published telephone number. In that case, we process the data you provide yourself (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry and for possible further business cooperation. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In addition, the web server automatically records technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type, time of access), which is necessary for the operation and security of the website.

To measure website traffic, we use the WP Statistics tool, which runs on our own server and does not use cookies. The visitor’s IP address is anonymised (its last part is masked) and irreversibly hashed before storage, so we cannot directly identify an individual. The data is not shared with third parties. Detailed statistical data is kept for 12 months and then automatically deleted; only the total numbers of visitors and page views are retained. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
